Qualls Quality Builders is based in Playa Negra, Guanacaste, on the beautiful From site evaluation, design, engineering, construction, pools, grey water systems and furnishings; we offer personalized services to help clients accomplish their vision of a tropical vacation home. Building a home from outside the country is a sizable financial investment and can be an intimidating process. Maintaining homes in the US and Costa Rica, we understand the perspective of the long-distance client; and offer support, daily communication, and photographs through each step of the design and construction process. Building 12 fully custom Guanacaste home projects, combined with 7 years of full-time living in the Tropical elements; has provided a wealth of wisdom to help clients feel confident and assured in their decision to invest in a home or rental property in Costa Rica. Our building teams are comprised of 100% insured Costa Rican workers. Many employees have been under C.A. Qualls tutelage for 6+ years where they have learned US quality construction standards and techniques, adapted to Costa Rica's unique climate needs. We keep costs for exceptional structural & finish quality reasonable by self-performing 90 % of the home building process; including swimming pools and rain-water catchment systems. Teams under Cody's daily supervision are available for home and pool construction in Playa Avellana, Playa Junquillal, Hacienda Pinilla, Playa Negra and Surrounding Areas. Beyond our in-house craftsmen and wood teams; we bring established relationships with local & Sarchi furniture builders, ironsmiths, window & A/C companies, pool equipment providers, appliance vendors and numerous raw and finish material sources. |
